Open Letter To Alec Hogg – Biznews Editor

The contents of your column in the January 22 edition of BizNews, “Decoding the Schwab myths” was more than disappointing. It was alarming.

To claim that Klaus Schwab’s vision is “misunderstood” may ring true based on the global atmosphere of bonhomie that prevails at the Davos gatherings. But scrutiny of the WEF website along with Schwab’s publications should dispel any doubts about the vision and agenda.

Therefore, Alec, your assertion that opposition to the WEF is the product of “wilful disinformation” is baseless and typical of the retort of globalists when confronted with challenges to their narratives. In that regard, as someone who enjoys disseminating opinions, it is disturbing that you seem not to appreciate the fact that WEF principals like Ardern, Trudeau, Starmer, US Democrats and EU Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen all advocate  censorship of what they deem as “misinformation.”

The WEF’s 2025 credo – ‘Rational Optimism” – and its aim “to make the world a better place” outwardly are plausible. But decoded in the light of the actual vision and agenda of the WEF, they resonate with one of the utterances of Shakespeare’s devious character, Iago: “This honest creature doubtless sees and knows more than he unfolds.”

The two basic aims of the WEF, namely, the submergence of national sovereignty within broad hemispheres and the drastic reduction of population, should trigger serious questioning of the end product of those aims and for whose benefit.

Mass immigration is opposed in every state headed by WEF adherents – Canada, Biden’s US. France, Germany, Sweden. The only “rational” aspect of that policy is that it seeks to destroy national sovereignty and heritage as a precursor to establishing vassal hemispheres beholden to the WEF’s Orwellian future.

That scrutiny should enable one to begin to join the dots concerning mass vaccination as promoted by the WEF adherents in the WHO, the unscientific hysteria that fossil fuels are causing climate change and therefore, decarbonisation is the panacea for survival along with demonising emissions from bovine herds and promoting lab-protein and insect consumption. For whom does that make the world a better place?

If, as you state, “it is impossible to miss the undertone of antagonism” towards Schwab and the WEF, then as a pursuer and a purveyor of transparency BizNews should probe what is not unfolded at Davos if it wants to retain credibility.
