Watching Attorney-General Merrick Garland express his intentions regarding those he convicts of wrongdoing on January 6, 2021, was mindful of the declamatory style of Stalin’s prosecutor, Andrei Vyshinsky, as he presided over the Soviet system of legalised injustice.

By incarcerating without a trial for nearly a year those accused of having been involved in the events of January 6, 2021, it is already clear that Garland has no respect for the constitution and for the principle of innocence until proven guilty.

This, of course, is the same man who instructed the FBI to go after parents opposed to the indoctrination of their children with Critical Race Theory because they constituted a threat of “domestic terrorism.”

Fortunately, there is ample evidence indicating that the violence at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, was premeditated and executed by elements that included the FBI, CIA
