Besides the significance of the 250th anniversary of America’s Declaration of Independence, there are developments afoot which, in terms of the Overton Window, indicate that 2026 is going to upend certain narratives.
Prominent among the issues is the ongoing effort of President Trump to achieve a peaceful settlement in Ukraine. Clashing with his efforts are the countermeasures of the EU. By its grant of €100 billion to Zelensky to continue the war, it is clear the EU does not want peace. Actually, more to the point, the EU is doing its best to promote a conflagration in the region which will evolve into a world war, just as the Balkan crisis of 1914 led to World War One.
This is evident by its latest attempt to goad Russia into widening the conflict by threatening to seize its frozen foreign assets, a move which the EU’s puppet, Zelensky, endorses as ‘payment’ for Russia’s ‘war crimes.’ Another hostile card the EU is considering to play in order to sabotage Trump’s peace efforts is to dump $2 trillion in US debt, thereby enfeebling Trump’s political clout and his ability to reset geopolitics.
The key to the EU’s intention of igniting a European-wide war, which it hopes would have global ramifications, is to project Russia as the bogeyman posing a “dire threat” to Europe. Ukraine, which is a major money-laundering hub of the globalists and a transit base for human trafficking and nefarious activities regarding bio-weapons, provides a suitable fuse to achieve the EU’s intentions.
War is the only means the EU and its globalist World Economic Forum comrades have of stopping Trump’s defeat of their intended subversion of national sovereignties and democratic choice so as to preside over totalitarian, Orwellian hemispheres. Thus, the EU’s narrative, loyally disseminated by its kept mass media, falsely paints Putin as an ogre to be toppled while depicting Trump as Putin’s comrade.
On Pearl Harbour remembrance day, December 7, that narrative was appropriately shattered by two developments. In Moscow, Putin announced that he supported Trump’s peace initiatives, and in Washington, Trump released a major national security document. By reasserting the 1823 Monroe Doctrine as the cornerstone of US policy, Trump rejected globalist geopolitics, thereby emphasizing America’s sovereignty.
As those in power in Britain, France, Germany, Canada and Australia increasingly stifle freedom of speech in an attempt to safeguard the intentions of globalist hegemony, thanks to the example of the Trump Administration and Elon Musk’s X platform, the Overton Window is opening. Mainstream narratives are losing traction. Public resistance is becoming militant. Truth is changing perceptions. In Europe, increasingly people are awakening to the fact that their politicians in the grip of the EU are the enemy, not Russia.
2026 will be a watershed year if millions test positive for national sovereignty, if they recognize the various guises of tyranny and distance themselves from narratives based on falsehood.
