Opposition To Ivermectin Challenged

Given the increasing degree to which thought control is being dictated by a narrative determined by globalist oligarchs, the warning by the SA Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) against the use of  Ivermectin in treating Covid-19 (The Mercury, September 6) is not surprising.

What needs to be appreciated is that science is not the driver of this narrative. Instead, it is an alliance between the super-rich globalist oligarchs whose financial influence on the WHO and the FDA ensures the desired narrative. For example, Dr Scott Gottlieb, former Director of the FDA, now sits on the board of Pfizer.

Sustaining the narrative of Big Pharma is Big Tech media. Since August Twitter has been partnered with Associated Press and Reuters to combat “misinformation” which deviates from the narrative. Last month YouTube removed 10 million posts that questioned the narrative of Covid and vaccines.

The American Journal of Therapeutics, Vol. 28, July/August 2021, pp. 434-460, provides incontrovertible evidence that Ivermectin has “a strong therapeutic efficacy” against Covid-19. It found that doses of Ivermectin were 86% effective in reducing Covid infection and removed the need for mechanical ventilation.  A related study found that Ivermectin reduced deaths amongst hospitalised Covid cases by 75%.

The Journal of Therapeutics argues that in the absence of the development of a cure for Covid-19, the repurposing of Ivermectin should be a priority. As an inexpensive, over the counter treatment, it should be welcomed by all, particularly hospitals, medical aids and insurance companies. In Mexico and Peru, it has been officially endorsed as a Covid fighter.

Thus, the narrative against Ivermectin has motives which should be alarming. Why is there opposition to the use of Ivermectin? What is in it for Big Pharma?  To what extent is the promotion of what is called the ‘Great Re-Set’ part of the narrative against Ivermectin? Why is science being manipulated by the globalist oligarchy?
